"A lovely, spacious king suite with a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff and restaurant host were very warm and welcoming. However, perhaps because I was on the 6th floor, there was almost no water pressure in the shower and it took a very, very long time to get any hot water in the shower. I thought I was going to be stuck taking a cold shower this morning, but after ten minutes or so it did finally heat up. I would stay here again, but would try requesting a lower floor."

"I stayed here before a few years ago and had a different experience this time. Looks nice and kept from the outside and is decently clean. Two out of the six staff we encountered with were kind and helpful. Other staff members, especially those at the front desk, were rude and unfriendly. Giving us attitude for simple things as asking for pool towels (as there were none at the pool), answering questions about the amenities, and getting our room cleaned. Breakfast was not included and was not stated it was not included (until I asked and got told rather rudely that because I booked my stay through Expedia it was not included…) so I got charged for a breakfast item that was not worth what I was charged for. I will say the beds were very comfy! With a bit more attention to cleaning the pool and poolside, cleaning of rooms, the lobby bathrooms, and some friendlier faces to ask questions, I would return. We genuinely asked with kindness and weren’t met with kindness. So sadly, few of the staff members attitudes really made me not want to return here."
